When you deposit via JazzCash or Easypaisa, 7cx receives confirmation of the transaction amount and your registered mobile wallet number. Full payment credentials (PINs, passwords) are never transmitted to or stored by 7cx — they remain with JazzCash and Easypaisa respectively. Similarly, bank transfer details are used solely for the purpose of processing your deposit or withdrawal and are not retained beyond the minimum period required for financial record-keeping compliance.

All PKR transaction records are retained for a minimum period required by applicable financial record-keeping laws and are accessible to you via your Account transaction history after login.

After expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised. Anonymised or aggregated data (which cannot be linked to any individual) may be retained indefinitely for analytics and platform improvement purposes.
