These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 7cx platform, including all sports betting, casino, and payment services. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets.

All 7cx transactions operate in Pakistani Rupees. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are processed in real time; withdrawals follow the timelines set out in Section 6 below.
Each player is permitted one 7cx account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. 7cx reserves the right to close duplicates and withhold associated balances pending verification.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 7cx ("7cx", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 7cx website at 7cx.org and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, and payment processing ("Services").
By registering an account, accessing the Services, or placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. 7cx reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a User is under 18, the Account will be suspended immediately and all associated funds may be withheld pending age verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage user shall be forfeited.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on 7cx. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is prohibited. 7cx may use technical and identity-verification measures to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 7cx reserves the right to close all but one Account, merge balances at its discretion, and void any bets or bonuses placed through a secondary Account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your Account. Providing false information, including false date of birth or identity details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of Balance.
7cx may request identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a security review. Accepted documents typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility unless you have notified 7cx of a security breach in writing via support channels.
7cx recommends enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, contact 7cx support via live chat immediately. 7cx accepts no liability for losses arising from a failure to protect Account credentials.
7cx accepts deposits in PKR via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT TRC-20 (for eligible accounts). Minimum and maximum deposit limits per method are displayed in the Cashier at time of deposit.
JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your Account in real time. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. USDT deposits are credited upon blockchain confirmation. 7cx is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network congestion.
You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from another person's JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet — are prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is detected, the deposit may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit (or to a verified method on file). JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers are typically processed within one to three business days. Crypto withdrawals (USDT) depend on blockchain network conditions.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier. 7cx reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments and to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Where a Bonus has been credited to your Account, any applicable wagering requirements must be completed in full before withdrawal of the corresponding funds is permitted. Deposited funds not associated with an active Bonus are generally available for withdrawal at any time subject to the verification requirements in Section 3.4.

All casino games available through 7cx — including live dealer games, slots, and table games — are provided by third-party software suppliers. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-world physical processes observed via live video stream. 7cx does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, server error, or software failure — the game round in progress at the time of the malfunction will be voided and the stake refunded to your Account. 7cx's determination of malfunction events is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7cx Platform:
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all pending and settled bets, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.
7cx reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) 7cx is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction; (c) there is suspected fraudulent or criminal activity; or (d) the Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months and the Balance has fallen to zero.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting 7cx support. Upon closure, any remaining verified Balance will be returned to your withdrawal method subject to satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7cx shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; (c) losses arising from third-party payment processor failures; or (d) losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits 7cx's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
All content on the 7cx Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, and trademarks — is the property of 7cx or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the express written consent of 7cx.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by the 7cx Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By using 7cx, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
7cx is committed to responsible gaming. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7cx is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Players are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their country of residence, including Pakistan.
